Updated Passport Requirements: The Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004 requires that, after January 1, 2008, travelers to and from the BVI have a passport or other secure, accepted document to enter or re-enter the United States. This is a change from prior travel requirements and affects all United States citizens entering the United States from countries within the Western Hemisphere who do not currently possess valid passports. Please note the revised date for passports required for re-entry into the United States from the Caribbean.

The dress code is resort casual. Collared shirts and nice shorts are accepted.
If coming from the United States, you will not need any adapters. Like the US, the electricity on Peter Island is 110V / 60Hz. For guests arriving from Europe, adapters are available on the island, though they will not convert voltage.

There are no ATMs on property. The nearest ATM is located on Tortola, which is a 20-minute ferry ride away. However, guests may withdraw up to $100 from the front desk for a 5% fee. Also note that any Peter Island Resort & Spa charge may be billed to your guest room and paid at check-out.
