Our recipe: idyllic locations with breathtaking views, a choice of architectural styles and villa sizes, complete privacy, and the finest furnishing have given these villas all the intimacy and elegance of ultra-exclusive island homes. Every possible need has been anticipated, from a villa director (who will customize your stay in advance of your arrival), to European chefs, personal villa staffs, a SUV, and even a private helicopter pad for easy access.

Renovations have been completed for Crow's Nest and Hawk's Nest. Falcon's Nest Villa Estate opened May 2007 and is available for booking.


Unlike many luxurious Caribbean resorts whose meal plans are not included in their nightly room rate quotes, we have incorporated our epicurean experiences within our room rates. Our Full American Plan invites Villa guests to enjoy breakfast, lunch, Afternoon Tea and dinner, all of which are prepared by our award-winning culinary team.

Rates quoted above are per night and include our FAP Plan (breakfast, lunch, afternoon refreshments, and dinner.)  All villas are reserved in their entirety.  The 3-bedroom Villa includes Resort FAP for up to 6 people per night.  The 4-bedroom Villa includes customized FAP for up to 8 people per night.  The 6-bedroom Villa includes customized FAP Plan for up to 12 people per night.  Our 4-bedroom and 6-bedroom Villas also include a private porter/chef, chauffeured vehicle, swimming pool and dining room.  All rates are subject to a 18% tax and service charge, and minimum length of stay requirements.

DEPOSIT POLICY:
A 50% deposit (to include room and the 18% tax & service charges) will be required at the time of booking. Final full payment will be due no later than 60 days prior to arrival.

A 50% deposit (to include room and the 18% tax & service charges) will be required at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable. Final full prepayment (including all taxes and service charges) is due by October 1, 2008.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Full refund for any reservation cancelled or changed at least 60 days prior to arrival. 50% of full deposit is refundable if reservation is cancelled or changed between 45 and 59 days of arrival. No refunds for reservations that are cancelled or changed inside 45 days of arrival. Cancellation policy does not apply to Holiday reservations.

Fish & Chips Experience at Crow's Nest Villa

Offering the Ultimate in Male Bonding including Fishing, Golfing and Poker...

Manly-men will relish the chance to stay in Peter Island's Crow's Nest Villa Estate, the perfect setting for a five-night stay of nonstop male bonding. For the FISH LOVERS, the group will hop aboard a luxury liner for a day of deep sea or bone fishing. For the CHIPS, Peter Island will facilitate a poker tournament of Texas Hold 'Em. The night will include a friendly game of poker with a dealer, along with a rum tasting for the gang and a bartender. Snacks and munchies will be provided. High-stakes are the discretion of the group. As an added bonus, the winner will receive his portion of the villa paid by the Resort, should the group decide to return. Valid for one (1) year from departure. The resort will also arrange for the group to experience "Heli-Golfing" at its finest on the great Mahogany Run course on St. Thomas! This package includes:
