Seafood Buffet

Peter Island Resort's Culinary Program is committed to providing a variety of new and exciting dining experiences. So, as you might imagine, our Seafood Buffet celebrates the bounty of the sea with 52 different items served from five individual stations.

From the shelling of Caribbean lobster, to the fiery flambé of Bananas Foster, to the shucking of imported oysters, to the grilling of "fresh from the reef" fish, the Seafood Buffet is a sumptuous affair!

Fresh conch, Johnny Cakes, tuna, scallops, coconut shrimp, sole, flying fish, crab and crab cakes, shark and so much more awaits the palates of seafood lovers who can then look forward to vanquishing some of those calories dancing underneath the star's to the island music emanating from the stage.
