DAILY RATES

Unlike many luxurious Caribbean resorts whose meal plans are not included in their nightly room rate quotes, we have incorporated our epicurean experiences within our room rates. Our Full American Plan invites guests to enjoy breakfast, lunch, Afternoon Tea and dinner, all of which are prepared by our award-winning culinary team. All Room and Suites Daily Rates listed are based upon double occupancy. These rates do not include a 18% service and tax, which is subject to change or any beverages.

Ocean View rooms have a maximum occupancy of 3 people; Beach Front Jr. Suites have a maximum occupancy of 4 people.
Note: Rates are based on double occupancy (two guests). Subtract $250 from the double occupancy rate to obtain the single occupancy rate and add $250 to the double occupancy rate to obtain the triple occupancy rate. A minimum length of stay might be required for Beach Front Junior Suites

  • Rates are subject to 18% tax and service charges
  • Rates are subject to Minimum Length of Stay Restrictions
  • Children 11 years & younger can stay in adults room (double occupancy) for an additional $75/night (food fee)
  • Note for 2008:
    • Tortola airport transfers will be $55 per guest roundtrip or $30 per guest one way.
    • St. Thomas airport transfers will be $90 per guest roundtrip or $50 per guest one way.

DEPOSIT POLICY:
A deposit of three night's accommodation, plus 7% tax and 11% hotel service charge is due at the time of booking. Deposits may be paid by personal check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Amex.)

2008 HOLIDAY DEPOSIT POLICY:
A non-refundable deposit of three night's accommodation, plus 7% tax and 11% hotel service charge is due at the time of booking. Final full prepayment (including all taxes and service charges) is due by October 1, 2008. Cancellation is required by October 15, 2008 in order to receive refund of balance only (original 3-night deposit remains non-refundable.) No credits or partial refunds will be issued if reservations are cancelled after October 15, 2008.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Deposits are refundable if the reservation is canceled at least 30 days prior to the arrival date. For two or more rooms, 60 days notice is required. In the event of an Act of God and other force majeure, we would waive the cancellation fees by holding the deposit in escrow for a future visit up to one year from the original travel date. If the guest does not visit Peter Island Resort within one year after the date of cancellation, the deposit will be forfeited. Deposits will not be refunded if arrival is delayed or cancelled due to delayed, cancelled or missed flights or other transportation difficulties. Guests are therefore urged to purchase travel insurance. Please note: these requirements differ during the Holiday Season.



Ocean View Rooms ~ Located near the pool and Tradewinds restaurant and bar, each has a view of the gardens and ocean. Deadman's Beach is only a 5 minute walk away.

Hibiscus and lillies surround our ground level rooms in a rainbow of Caribbean Colors and scents. With a private terrace, you'll wonder where nature ends and your room begins.

High cathedral ceilings of our second-story rooms lend a special loftiness to your days and nights. Relax on your private balcony with a palm-framed view of Sir Francis Drake Channel.

Beach Front Junior Suites ~ Each overlooks Deadman's crescent beach and bay from a plateau carved into a rugged bluff. These spacious suites offer a sitting area, Jacuzzi tub for two, oversized shower, and hammocks swinging just steps from the water's edge. Ground level suites each have a private terrace; those on the second story open onto private balconies. All guest rooms feature special appointments such as mahogany chaises and desks, and the necessities of pampering from a CD player to signature waffle-weave robes, and air-conditioning.
