Executive Chef Sellers is busy preparing for the annual Peter Island New Year’s Eve gala. This holiday affair starts with an oyster and champagne reception followed by eco-friendly caviar and vodka stations. A flambé station is sure to satisfy everyone’s sweet tooth. Live entertainment and a magnificent firework display at midnight will conclude the evening’s festivities. Guests will celebrate the New Year on Deadman’s Beach with our famous Anegada lobster menu. Freshly grilled lobster will be infused into every dish, from salads to pasta, and will be partnered with traditional Caribbean sides. Spending the holidays on a private island is a wonderful way to jump-start 2012.
