The facility is one of the best I've encountered in many years of traveling. I enjoyed it so much that I've rearranged my next trip so that I can spend another afternoon in the beautiful surroundings while being pampered.

I wanted to surprise my wife with something a bit special after 2 weeks of sailing around the British Virgin Islands for our honeymoon. I booked us in for
4 nights at your resort and I can't tell you how much we enjoyed our stay.

We both work in the mega yacht industry and so we know about high standards but we were amazed at the level of service that we received. Everyone was
so friendly, even the ground staff and engineers driving past in their trucks would wave and say hello.

The room was immaculate, well serviced and very peaceful.

The food at both restaurants was superb. We ate at the Tradewinds each night and would like to congratulate Enoch and his team on providing such a great atmosphere and service. The food was both carefully presented and cooked and there was a varied menu every night.
Keep up the good work and we hope to see you again in the not too distant future.

We celebrated our 8 year anniversary with a vacation to Peter Island. We have visited numerous places, and Peter Island Resort spoke to us like no other place we have ever been. The serenity and peacefulness we experienced on this private island is something that we look forward to comming back for. The staff is very friendly and accommodating; the food was wonderful; the spa was a perfect retreat for the day; and the island is one of the most beautiful places we have visited. The entertainment during our dinners at Deadman's Beach Bar and Grill was awesome. We are hoping that Collin will make a CD soon. Thank you for a memorable time on Peter Island. We are planning our return trip next summer. This is a dream vacation!

My husband and I had the most amazing honeymoon at Peter Island Resort. It was everything and more! The grounds are absolutely the phenomenal, the beaches were gorgeous, the food was delicious and the people were amazing. The spa was one of my highlights, but I know my husband couldn't stop talking about the snorkeling. Everything was out of this world, and we cannot wait to get back.

Wow! We had the most wonderful vacation, much more than we expected. We came to the island to get married and the experience with Jennefer to get that accomplished was very easy. We are now left with great memories and beautiful pictures. The room, food, spa, beaches, everything is more that you can describe to friends. If you want a very relaxed but upscale vacation this is the place to do it. We can't wait to come back and celebrate our anniversary.

Anyone who gets to stay at Peter Island is
blessed! We have stayed at a lot of places in the Caribbean, never finding the really perfect resort.

Then 7 yrs. ago we came to Peter Island and have returned every year since. We stay in the Ocean View rooms as they are perfectly placed for my husband who is handicapped. The thoughtfulness is so touching. They even made a special little step for him going up into our room !

We love the staff, Jean Kelly and her husband, Joel and all the cheerful, sweet women in the dining room and those thoughtful men, too. We cannot sing enough hymns of praise for all of them...

I only wish we had started coming here sooner but am looking ahead at a very bright future of returns!

We arrived home only 15 hours ago, but I had to log on and thank you all again! We had such an amazing time, that I have been telling my friends and family that Peter Island Resort was the best beach vacation of my life! You truely have the best of every critical aspect of a wonderful vacation: beauty, service, ease, and luxury. From the moment that we were greeted at the dock, we experienced smiles and go-the-extra-mile service like no other resort that I know. Peter Island Resort is the best of the Carribbean. We just endend the most wonderful, breath-taking, relaxing trip of our lives. We can not say enough about the wonderful people, exotic location and amenities. Everything was near perfect. The Oceanfront rooms and Beachfront suites are incredible. When facing a couple of issues that arose Marika, Sandra and Collin were wonderful to us.

Don't miss out on the spa. The couples retreat bohios are simply amazing and the staff and facilities are likely top 10 in the world.

We will be back as soon as possible.

The most romantic place to spend a honeymoon. This island is such a magical place, that we plan to return every year on our anniversary. Tropical, relaxing and great service. There is no other island this private to enjoy.

We spent 5 nights and 6 days in our own little paradise. We traveled to Peter Island for our Honeymoon. The staff, amenities and service exceeded our expectations. Peter Island is the perfect place to unwind, relax and be pampered. We enjoyed the snorkeling excurision and the amazing food. (We are saving for a trip back soon!)

My husband and I just returned from our honeymoon on Peter Island this week and we're already planning our next trip!

I have traveled extensively and Peter Island is by far my favorite destination. The pictures on this website are beautiful, but in no way do this resort justice. I can't begin to describe the natural beauty of this undisturbed island.

The staff is friendly, accommodating and wonderful. The spa is one of the best I've experienced and the food is great. There are also a wide variety of activities to participate in if you choose.

If you're looking for a private island, Peter Island is the place to go!

I brought my fiance' here to celebrate our engagement. We stayed in the ocean view rooms near the pool and Tradewinds Restaurant. We had an amazing and relaxing experience. I'm a diver and enjoyed several great dives through your on-site dive shop. Being it was off season, I was alone with my guide and also was the only one at any of the dive sites I went to. That's the way to dive. The food was excellent and the service was top notch at every encounter. .We were looking for something secluded and magical; we found it here.

The most fabulous resort ever. A true vacation that included every amenity as well as plenty R and R and unbelievable cuisine. We enjoyed each minute of our visit and especially appreciate everything the staff did to create a perfect wedding for my Godchild, Blair Billingsley. Edwin and Blair, nor any of the attendees will ever forget your hospitality in making their wedding "Picture Perfect". You are truly a 5-Star Resort.

My wife and I heard from a client about Peter Island. We decided to stay a few days for our 5th anniversary. Our son was only 2 years old and we had not spent enough quality time together and wanted to reconnect.

Boy! did we find the place. Peter Island was as close to Fantasy Island as we could ever dream of. It was some of the most beautiful and romantic beach I have ever seen.

The staff were incredible and gave you exactly what you wanted and sometimes what you didn't know you wanted.

The snorkeling was amazing, the dinners were fantastic and most of all, the secluded feeling was unreal. We felt as if we were the only ones on the island some times.

Trying to describe Peter Island creates a 2 dimensional look. It is like describing the Mona Lisa. Just can't do it justice.

Even the pictures on your website pale in comparison to the actual beaches.

I think this is one of travelling community's best kept secrets.

We are coming back next year for a few more days of rest. Four days on Peter Island are like 10 days anywhere else.

My husband and I had an absolutely fabulous time here. We were on our honeymoon and it was perfect. The beaches are exquisite with great cocktails and a range of foods being served to you. The scenery around the beaches is even more fascinating. The spa is out of this world, you have to see it to believe it! After basking in the sun all day - the evening has even more to offer with great restaurants and entertainment. The staff on this island are very friendly and approachable. The settings of the restaurants are perfect for romantic dinners. For a tranquil, luxurious and refreshing holiday, this is the place to be.

When trying to explain our time at Peter Island, we have to think thoroughly. We start with the fact that you can do absolutly nothing...or a whole lot of something. From laying at the beach drinking a bushwacker to renting a boat and Island hoping, you really experience the ultimate vacation. My wife and I plan our year around Peter Island, it's a must do. I'd like to all of you to come see for yourself, but then we'd loose out on what seems to be our own island.

The fact that the staff remembered us only after one year, that's remarkable and warming. We can't say enough about the island. It's everything you'd ever imagine a vacation could be. It's PERFECT!

I spent my 50th birthday with my husband and 4 children,..19-23 yrs old, and it couldn't have been better! We windsurfed, (with a lot of lessons,) kayaked,..rode bicycles, and even spent a day on the beautiful sailboat with Paul and Judy. We spent a morning at the beautiful spa...the girls longer than the guys...and toasted by birthday on top of the hill,watching the sunset!! The kids even dressed up for dinner every night, which is a feat in itself!! The food was fantastic, the people were friendly, the service was above the top. I just may have to go back for 51!!

Had previously stayed on the Island in July 2001 in the Ocean Front Suites. During this trip, stayed in an Ocean View Room which has the Harbour at your door and the Ocean off your porch. We actually preferred the Ocean View Room, so accessible to the Tradewinds Restaurant, pool, and harbour. The room was so spacious and clean. I was impressed with the small changes made since my last trip, including check-in - just whisked to your room directly from the private boat that brings you to the Island. We spent a day at the Spa - what an amazing experience. Such a tranquil environment, and again, immaculate. We experienced the Tranquility Kur - I felt as though I went from a solid to liquid state. Everyone's concern seemed to be your maximum enjoyment of your experience. The food on the island was excellent - we did not experience on bad meal. The service was exemplary - evryone is polite and beautiful. We truly enjoyed the peace and quiet of the island - no cars or TVs. You may remain totally disconnected from the outside world if that is your preference. Our nightly entertainment was sitting on a rocking chair with an after dinner drink enjoying the magnificent star studded sky and the twinkling ligts reflecting off the surrounding islands with the sound of the ocean waves just befond the rocks. This trip was perfection from start to finish and we will definitely return.

I'll start by saying I've never been much of a "spa guy", my wife on the other hand finds this to be her ultimate indulgence. Needless to say, we've seen and experienced a number of spas. Most of our experiences of Caribbean spas have thus far been adequate at best. They really have never measured up to spas that have been designed as sole destinations --- until Peter Island Spa in the British Virgin Islands.
We just knew this would be different from the moment we read the "spa menu". The list of treatments are as complete as any destination spa we have seen--even with signature treatments already on the menu. The descriptions of the massages, bodywraps, and scrubs seemed so decadent, we could hardly wait to see if they could live up to our already high expectations. A spa should be more than just body treatments--it should be a destination that feeds all your senses and should also be a place which revitalizes not only your body, but also your mind and your soul. A place where you can meditate, contemplate, read, or just let your mind wander. The ultimate in relaxation. Did Peter Island Spa meet our expectations? An emphatic YES is the answer.

Upon arrival to the Resort you will find that the Spa is indeed a destination unto itself. Your cares start to melt away as you are whisked past beautiful Deadman's Beach and up to a private and secluded area over looking Big Reef Bay and beach. The design is the perfect blend with nature - what a serene place, I thought. Upon entering the building we realized that they take their business seriously. The chic European design and surroundings were something we've never seen in the Caribbean.

As suggested by the staff, you should really arrive at LEAST 30 minutes prior to your treatment to achieve full benefits. First time visitors get an introduction and quick tour of the facilities. You start by entering through the changing rooms where you can shower (with wonderful full/wide spray spa showerheads) or sit in the steam room to begin to relax your body and your muscles. Then, donned in a full thick terrycloth robe and massage-soled spa shoes, you enter a room filled with comfortable Eurasian furnishings where you wait for your treatment. Wonderful meditative music plays in the background, and you can read or sleep like I often like to do. Light refreshments are offered--including dried fruit and nuts. I myself experienced the signature Sand Bundle treatment which rivaled any hot stone massage anywhere.

The staff are highly trained massage therapists, who can not only give you that relaxation massage, but can also provide therapeutic treatments to troubled areas. My wife would be the hardest critic to impress--I can only assume that she greatly approved, evidenced by the fact that she was at the spa for a treatment daily and on two occasions had 2 treatments in one day. She especially enjoyed the Fresh Coconut Rub.
Some may not like the fact that if you are not booked for a spa service you really can't get past the front desk of the Spa--I have to say that this is a wonderful rule, as the place is not over crowded with people just wanting to "take a look" or hang around the pool. Everyone inside is there to enjoy the full relaxation effect the Spa has to offer. After your treatment you are not rushed to leave at all--at that time you can wander about the property and take in all the beauty. The vistas from the architecturally designed pool are fantastic. Lie in the sun with the sounds from the wall fountain and its falling water, the meditative music, and the sounds of the waves below--you have truly come to a place where you can leave all your cares behind.

We loved walking to the edge of the bluff, where built into the side is a strategically placed jacuzzi tub-- all I can say is WOW!--the view of Big Reef Bay is to die for. There are beautifully manicured lawns where we were told the morning yoga/pilates classes are to be held--this will just bring this spa to an even higher level. Go to be indulged, refresh and renew your mind, body, spirit and soul.

My husband and I honeymooned at Peter Island in 1991. It was a most magical place. The resort is by far the best I've ever visited and the staff couldn't be better. Truly a wonderful beginning to a great life together.

When we discovered Peter Island through a chartering of a boat 5 years ago we knew we had to come back! And that was exaclty what we did this past February and we still havent stopped talking about it!

It is by far our favorite place we have ever been to and that says a lot because we are big travelers. The spa was amazing with our "spot" with the two lawn chairs by the hot tub overlooking the surf. The
treatments were equally wonderful and the walk up to the secluded area was a good way to get us going since most of the time we were too busy doing nothing.

When we were first greeted we were told we probably wouldnt get to do too many activities because we would be very busy relaxing. This was very true and we don't regret any of it!

Our ocean view room was tranquil, and when we stepped in and looked out the window it looked as if we were on a boat within the turquoise water.

The food was amazing and walking on the pathway to the beach restuarant that was lit with tiki torches was magical.

A perfect mother daughter trip! and all the reason for us to go back next year!

The weather was simply perfect, the food was top notch, the service was impeccable and the managing director (Wayne) was the most gracious
host of all.

We started off each morning with a great (French Toast) breakfast, reading our daily paper and attempting the crossword puzzle.

We then took a "hike" up the hill to relax at Peter Island's awesome Spa!
We can see why The Spa has been rated as one of the best in the Caribbean.

Overall, our honeymoon was fantastic and we would revisit Peter Island in 5 or 10 more years to reminisce and capture our wonderful memories all over again!

To those who have yet to explore, don't wait a minute longer and "open the door" to Peter Island!

Peter Island was everything that we had expected but more. We had a wonderful time. The Staff was tremendous. A special thanks to Jean, Nathalie, Tracy, Roselyn and Derek they made our stay even better by their warmth and hospitality. We will definitely be return guests. Paradise really does exist!

As the 7th anniversary (May 27th) of our wedding approaches, I again find myself longing to go "home" to Peter Island where we were married in 2000. We returned at least once a year for 5 years (I believe we were there 7 times). But we now have two small children and so life has gotten too busy for us to take a vacation as a couple for a few more years. Our next trip to Peter Island is planned for 2009. I miss the resort and the friends we've made on the staff dearly. There have been changes and our last stay was right after the spa opened. It is wonderful, but I do cherish those days when I'd just walk from the beach to the "little" spa for a pedicure or massage. But what a wonderful couples massage we had at the new spa. I can't wait to return in 2 years. Please keep up the good work.

We can't tell you how much fun we have had here at your resort. It has been a dream. We came here to celebrate our 10 year anniversary and were blown away. The staff, espcially Terence, went out of their way to bless us! We missed the wine dinner on Thursday night because of a delayed flight and Terrance made it up to us with a private candle light dinner on the beach. He made a special menu for us and it was delicious!!!! Meredith was our waitress that night and she was wonderful. All the other staff we have met has been so friendly. Stephen made the bar so much fun to be around. That boy has some joy! We sure enjoyed his personality and the service that he provided. We will be back...

We just had to send an email about this most amazing place. We decided to go to Peter Island on our honeymoon. My wife's boss had visited Peter Island 10 years ago on his honeymoon and said it was a great place. We thought of going to Hawaii but all that traveling and lost time. In my opinion Hawaii has nothing on Peter Island, we had a great time. I will be writing a letter to the whole staff there, they were amazing. So Hawaii look out, I will be telling everybody I know to go to Peter Island. Thanks again to everybody who works there from the chef's, to the wait staff, to the guys who have a never ending job of cleaning up the flowers that fall off every night. My letter will be comming shortly.
